The username and password you use to access your account at GJinternetSolutions.com may not be the same as the username and password used to update your website(s). Since you are able to have multiple domains hosted within your account, each one has it's own username and password.
Determining your account password
Simply go to GJinternetSolutions.com ad try to login with whatever you think your username and password are. If you are wrong, you will be given the option to retrieve your credentials.
Determining your FTP password (used to update your website)
This is not the same username and password used to access your account on our website. If you are uncertain what your FTP password is, login to your account at GJinternetSolutions.com and then click on the "Services" menu item and then select "My Services". Find the website you want to edit from the list of hosting accounts you have and click on the corresponding "View Details" link. You will be presented with your username and the option to change your password.
