1) Parties to this Agreement
1.1) "GJIS" is GJ Internet Solutions
1.2) "You", "Your" refers to each and every client and/or affiliate using our products/services.
2) Agreement of Terms
2.1) You agree to all the listed terms of conditions as listed now and as may be amended in the future. You agree that GJIS may alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
2.2) You agree that the only way for you to express a disagreement with these terms is to terminate your account/registration.
2.3) You agree that the termination of your account/registration is an automatic forfeiture of any funds owing to you.
2.4) You agree that if you breach any of these terms and conditions, GJIS may suspend or terminate your account/registration without notice and without refund.
2.5) You agree that decisions made by GJIS in regards to any account shall have no bearing on other accounts.
2.6) GJIS reserves the right to not provide products/services to anyone.
3) Domain Names
3.1) Domains registered by/through GJIS are registered through Enom.com - You are automatically bound by the terms and conditions listed on Enom.com.
3.2) GJIS has no obligation to automatically renew any expiring domains.
3.3) You agree that until the domain registration/renewal is paid in full, you have no rights to the domain registration.
3.4) You agree that GJIS may use any domain registration that is not paid in full as it so desires without restriction.
3.5) You agree that any domains not paid in full will not be transferred to another provider.
4) Hosting
4.1) You agree not to display and/or store any pornographic material.
4.2) You agree that any account used to send unsolicited email as determined solely by GJIS will be deemed as breaching these terms.
4.3) You agree that any account used for inappropriate means as determined solely by GJIS will be deemed as breaching these terms.
4.4) You agree that should GJIS determine you account usage to be above normal, you will be given the choice to either upgrade or terminate your account.
3.5) You agree that GJIS may use any domain registration that is not paid in full as it so desires without restriction.
5) Affiliate Program
5.1) You agree that GJIS may alter the affiliate payment plan at any time without notice.
5.2) You agree that GJIS may terminate any affiliate account without notice.
5.3) You agree that should GJIS deem it necessary to terminate an affiliate account, it may be done without paying out affiliate earnings.
6) Liability
6.1) You agree that GJIS's maximum liability is limited to value of funds paid by you to GJIS minus the costs incurred by GJIS to establish and/or maintain your account.
6.2) You agree that any "down-time" claims shall be subject to the limitations as outlined in this section.
7) GJIS Interpretation of Terms and Conditions
7.1) GJIS understands that these terms and conditions may appear to some as restrictive; however, GJIS values positive referrals and will enforce the terms and conditions only as it deems necessary.
